ABOUT Silent Sundays
Silent Sundays are an invitation for all souls longing to reveal the Spiritual Heart while sitting in silent contemplation and the practice of Mauna, from the comfort of their own home.
In each of the Silent Sundays, we will explore the Spiritual Heart through the lens of a different theme. That means each one of them is a unique offering from our teachers to allow a deepening of the understanding of who we truly are.
Just as the Hridaya Silent Retreats, this one day Retreat is rooted in Self-Inquiry. So what we will explore is not a different approach to Hridaya, but an aid in supporting your journey.
It is a beautiful way to start or enrich your meditation journey.
The schedule will differ slightly from those of a classic in-person Retreat and yet offer a perfect mix of introduction, practice and relaxation.

WHO can join?
Anyone with a love for meditation and internet access can join the Silent Sundays.
It is not necessary to have sat a Hridaya Meditation Retreat.
As a prerequisite, we recommend to have practiced Hridaya Meditation, so you are familiar with the basic techniques. To get familiar with it, follow this link here.
