Our Hridaya Silent Meditation Retreats blend meditation, yoga, and Self-inquiry. Participants step away from distractions and enter a supportive environment to reconnect with their true nature. Silence deepens Self-awareness and creates space for reconnecting with the Heart, allowing profound inner transformation.
This retreat is suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators alike. No prior experience is required. All that is required is a longing for the inner Silence and the connection with the Heart. Beginners are welcome, and all practices are guided step by step. Many first-timers find the retreat a powerful and transformative introduction to meditation and spiritual teachings. Also for those with previous experience can be a beautiful way to deepen the practice and maybe discovering a heart connected approach to meditation.
It’s natural to find silence, the meditation sessions or the retreat setting challenging at times. It is not about perfection all the time, but about us learning how to be able to be with what is, to embrace all dimensions of our current experience. For this, trusting the process and pure intention are essential.

In this retreat we create together an environment of external silence for a few days, so that we and recognize the inner Silence, that is always present and available for us anytime. The participants will be in noble silence throughout the retreat. It implies not speaking or interacting with each other in any way, verbally, touching, by signs, by writing etc. Of course, if you need any kind of support or have questions you can always write a note to the retreat guide or a team member.
