Join our 10-day Silent Hridaya Meditation Retreat in the serene Karuna Retreat Center, on the mountains of Monchique, Algarve.

This retreat is designed to open ourselves to Stillness and connect to the Spiritual Heart.
Open to all levels, this retreat explores meditation, Hridaya Hatha Yoga, and the teachings of Self Inquiry by Sri Ramana Maharshi, as well as traditions like Advaita Vedanta, Yoga, Sufism, Tantra, Kashmir Shaivism, and Buddhism.
The retreat includes 11 nights, 3 meals per day.

Check-in and check-out:
On the first day, check-in is from 1:45pm to 3:15pm, followed by an orientation session at 4pm.
On the last day, we will break silence after breakfast with a meditation of gratitude and a sharing circle. The retreat concludes officially around 11:30am, but you are welcome to stay for lunch and depart in the afternoon if you wish.
