Cancellation policy

The remaining balance is paid in cash in EURO upon arrival.

Cancellation at least 28 days before the retreat starts:

A cancellation fee of 5 Euros for payment processing will be charged. The rest of the deposit will be refunded.

Cancellation at least 14 days before the retreat starts:

A cancellation fee of 55 Euros will be charged and the remainder of the deposit will be refunded. You can choose to transfer your booking to another date, without needing to pay the cancellation fee.

Cancellation 0 to 13 days before the retreat starts:

The deposit will be kept as an administrative surcharge.

Please be aware that we do not offer refunds in case you decide to leave a retreat early. 

(Please, note that this cancellation policy is only valid for Silent Meditation Retreats and not for pilgrimages or other events which have a specific cancellation policy)
