Cancellation policy

The remaining balance is paid in cash in EURO upon arrival.

This policy applies to our Silent Meditation Retreats. Pilgrimages and other events have their own cancellation terms.
 

We understand that circumstances change. The following applies to the deposit paid at the time of booking. The balance is paid in cash on arrival, so it is not affected by a cancellation made before the retreat begins.

28 days or more before the retreat: A cancellation fee of 5 EUR for payment processing is charged, and the rest of the deposit is refunded.

14 to 27 days before the retreat: A cancellation fee of 55 EUR is charged, and the remainder of the deposit is refunded. Alternatively, you may transfer your booking to a future retreat without paying the cancellation fee.

0 to 13 days before the retreat: The deposit is retained as an administrative charge.
 

Leaving a retreat early

We do not offer refunds if you decide to leave a retreat early.

Honest health information

When registering, each participant confirms the attestation in our Mental Health & Wellbeing note. Accurate information is what allows us to care for every participant, and for the group as a whole. If a participant provides false or misleading information about their mental, whether during registration or before arrival, we reserve the right to decline their participation, or to ask them to leave the retreat, without a refund. This is never a matter of judgement. Our teachers are not mental health professionals, and honest disclosure is simply what keeps everyone safe and well held.
