Welcome to our Silent Sunday - The Path of Listening

Silent Sundays are an invitation for all souls longing to reveal the Spiritual Heart through silent contemplation and the practice of Mauna, in the sanctuary of their own space.

This edition is called The Path of Listening.

During this day of silence, we will explore the practice of Nada Yoga, the yoga of sound. We will discover how deep listening can open us to who we truly are through a natural and effortless Self-Inquiry.

We will journey through the different stages of sound, including those that lie beyond the audible, approaching sound as it is understood in the classical yogic and tantric traditions.

Through guided meditation sessions, we will seek to experience these stages directly.

A special focus will be placed on subtle sounds and their connection to the Heart.

As our understanding of sound deepens, so too deepens our understanding of the pure I-Feeling and the recognition of the Spiritual Heart.

Throughout the day, teachings on sound will be woven together with practical exercises that can be explored and integrated into daily life.

There will also be a Hatha Yoga practice (which greatly emphasizes Nada Yoga) and a Q&A Session.

Practical Information

When and Where is it happening?

Our Silent Sunday - The Path of Listening - will take place on Sunday July 26th 2026. Please, note that the schedule is in Portuguese time zone. If you are joining us from central Europe, you can add +1h to the schedule. You can join us online from your home through the platform of Cave of the Heart Retreats website.

How to prepare?

You will receive access to our dedicated group on the Cave of the Heart website, where we will post information about the Silent Day and how to prepare for it.

We will also create a whatsapp group for integration follow up and the final sharing.

How much is the contribution?

Since we wish to make the teachings of meditation accessible to everyone, we are offering this silent retreat on an sliding scale basis, between 33€ and 111€, being the standard price 77€. You can book online directly in this website.

Who is guiding the Silent Sunday?

Hridaya teachers Ricardo and Juliana will be guiding the Retreat.

8:30am - 9:30am - Breakfast Break

9:30am - 10:30am - Teachings and practice session

10:30am - 12:00pm - Hatha Yoga

12:00pm - 12:30pm - Meditation

12:30pm - 4:00pm - Midday Break

4:00pm - 6:00pm - Teachings and practice session

6:00pm - 7:00pm - Dinner Break

7:00pm - 8:15pm - Q&A and Integration Talk and practice

8:15pm - 8:30pm - Gratitude Meditation and good night.
