A Weekend of Togetherness, Silence and Dancing Prayer

Join us for a nourishing weekend devoted to Contemplation, Stillness, and joyful connection through sacred movement. This gathering invites you to celebrate the sacredness of life together with sisters and brothers, while resting in the quiet depth of your own being.

One full day will be held in noble silence, in seated meditation and prayers as well as in movement, human connection and dancing.

We will combine seated meditation, that will help you attune to the inner sanctuary of peace that lives within us all, and Dances of Universal Peace, in which this peace and love in our hearts is shared with each other and the divine.

Meeting each other in this delightful form of body prayer we will exchange the blessing of the gaze, the touch and of the heart.  Mantric Songs of gentle melody and simple rhythmic prayer-dances bring us into a sense of divine unity.  We move together and sing in circle as one: so nourishing for the soul.

Then we return to the silence and the stillness of sitting meditation, expanded and refreshed and connected to the heart of all.

This weekend offers a rhythm of inner and outer expression, stillness and movement, silence and song — a sacred flow that invites awakening and remembrance.

Emma and Ricky, along with talented musicians will guide our journey this weekend.

The retreat will be held from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning in the beautiful grounds of Quinta Ten Chi at the foothills of the Sintra mountain.

The contribution for the whole weekend, including the workshop, food and accommodation in the dormitory at Quinta Ten Chi is 222€. The accommodation will be in shared dormitory or in camping, if you bring your own camping gear.
