Join our 3-day Silent Hridaya Meditation Retreat in the serene Retiro do Bosque, in Central Portugal

This retreat is designed to open ourselves to Stillness and connect to the Spiritual Heart.

Open to all levels, this retreat explores meditation, Hridaya Hatha Yoga, and the teachings of Self Inquiry by Sri Ramana Maharshi, as well as traditions like Advaita Vedanta, Yoga, Sufism, Tantra, Kashmir Shaivism, and Buddhism.

6:30-8:30 - Morning Meditation (with a break in between)

8:30-9:30 - Breakfast Break

9:30-10:45 - Inspiring Talk/Lecture

10:45-12:30 - Hridaya Hatha Yoga

12:30-13:00 - Meditation

13:00-16:00 - Lunch Break

16:00-17:00 - Meditation

17:00-17:30 - Technique Presentation

17:30-18:30 - Meditation

18:30-19:30 - Dinner Break

19:30-21:00 - Q&A and Spiritual Discourse

21:00-21:30 - Meditation

The retreat includes 4 nights, 3 meals per day.

Check-in and check-out:

On the first day, check-in is from 1:45pm to 3:15pm, followed by an orientation session at 4pm.

On the last day, we will break silence after breakfast with a meditation of gratitude and a sharing circle. The retreat concludes officially around 11:30am, but you are welcome to stay for lunch and depart in the afternoon if you wish.
