This is Juliana.
She started walking on the path of meditation in her early 20s and shares Hridaya teachings since five years.
Her journey was shaped by a deep curiosity and wonderment for life in all its expressions. From researching nature in the high mountain plains, she has come to seek the source of all in the silence of the Heart.
The path of Hridaya Hatha Yoga and Meditation has opened her to a deeper understanding of the sacredness in all there is.
Her being conveys this fascination and gives permission to be truly and wholeheartedly in love, simply for the sake of Love.
Meditation retreats and continuous practice have profoundly transformed the way she relates to herself, to others, and to the whole world. It opened her to a silent, pure awareness that is unshaken, ever-luminous, fully alive, and inherently loving.
Becoming transparent to this essence, and supporting others in discovering it for themselves, has become her deepest calling.
With a sense of humor, compassion and clarity in her teaching style, she invites others into a direct experience of this living presence, where the mystery and beauty of life can be encountered intimately.
