ABOUT THE EVENT

Compassionate Communication – Living Integrity/ May 6-11

Overview

A 4-Day Workshop on Connecting Heart-to-Heart in Any Situation—Meeting in Truth, Authenticity, and Love. Would you like to learn how to move away from the Vector of Violence and step into the never-ending Spiral of Connection, Love, and Compassion?

Does it feel like you can’t wait any longer to build meaningful relationships based on mutual care and support, trust, intimacy, and the power of shared vulnerability?

Are you ready to meet life’s challenges with non-reactivity, anchored in Presence?

Do you long for relationships grounded in pure intention, transparency, and radical honesty?

What would addressing a conflict while prioritizing connection over separation be like? Join us for this residential workshop.

What You’ll Learn / Do

This workshop with Luna provides a fundamental theoretical understanding and an experiential embodiment of essential elements that can help you remain connected to your compassionate and loving nature in any situation—regardless of how challenging it appears.

Using the framework of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) as well as the non-dual approach inspired by Self-Inquiry, you’ll learn how to:

  • Develop self-connection and self-groundedness as the true foundation of being and relating.

  • Become one with the sacred art of listening.

  • Hold yourself with presence amid any circumstance.

  • Embrace all that you are, and in doing so, embrace everyone else exactly as they are.

  • Fine-tune your capacity to feel safe and rooted in Presence as the basis for revealing yourself and uncovering who you truly are.

  • Experience how relationships can transform from being retraumatizing to becoming catalysts for deep healing.

  • Express yourself with authenticity, care, accountability, and integrity.

  • Listen empathically, regardless of how tragic another person’s expression might be.

  • Offer compassion and empathy to yourself and others.

  • Cultivate self-love and self-awareness.

  • Meet others with a high level of vulnerability and intimacy, strengthening your bond and deepening trust and genuine connection.

  • Self-regulate and co-regulate when you feel triggered or challenged.

  • Dive into somatic NVC practices via the non-linear wisdom of the body.

  • Integrate a systemic approach to understand the root of violence and the way out of it.

This workshop is for you if:

  • You struggle with conflict or emotional reactivity and want practical tools

  • You’re ready to take responsibility for your feelings and responses

  • You value empathy, presence, and real listening

  • You want relationships based on trust, care, and mutual respect

Get to know the facilitator Luna Cabasés Corral

Since her early years, Luna has felt a profound fascination with the deep Mystery of Life. After finishing her studies, she traveled the world in response to that inner calling, meeting like-hearted beings and feeling intimately inspired by other ways of inhabiting this sacred Mother Earth.

Her first encounter with meditation was through the practice of Vipassana (in the Goenka lineage), and soon after, she discovered Nonviolent Communication (Marshall Rosenberg) and experienced an immediate resonance with it. It was when she arrived at Hridaya Yoga that all of the puzzle pieces came together, and the knowing of having been gifted an internal map to that vast Mystery of Being became more and more embodied. She spent the last 13 years at Hridaya Yoga, actively serving in the onsite teaching team, both in Mexico and France: facilitating countless Hridaya Silent Meditation Retreats (3, 10, and 30 days), Hridaya Hatha Yoga modules, and Compassionate Communication workshops, accompanying thousands of beings in deep personal and spiritual processes, as well as diving deeper herself through long periods of solitude (49- and 30-day retreats), dark room retreats, and spiritual journeys to different parts of the world and teachers.

Over the last few years, she’s trained in other complementary modalities (Triple Vagal Method, Shadow EFT), exploring the vibrant intersection between Self-Enquiry and the Nondual teachings of the Heart, Compassionate Communication, and Somatic Embodiment practices, bridging the vertical and horizontal planes.

She finds the deepest meaning and inner joy by creating safe containers that are conducive to profound healing, transformation, and the recognition of who we truly are, for the benefit of All. Her passion and zest for Life can become contagious; the fire in her heart is alive and vibrant. Her presence can be a silent medicine, and her dedication to embodying compassion, love, and wisdom is ongoing as an offering to the One Heart of All.
